We begin with open inquiry gathering stories, mapping systems, and sensing what’s present (and what’s missing). This stage is about deep listening, cultural research, and collaborative observation.
We explore creative possibilities through workshops, sketching, modeling, and testing. Ideas evolve into prototypes, strategies, and experiences grounded in context and care.
We bring concepts to life and activate them in real-world settings refining through feedback, iteration, and impact. The result might be a tool, a campaign, a space, a story or something entirely new.
We center listening. Our work begins with stories, interviews, and observation translating lived experience into insight and design.
To us, it means designing with, not for ensuring that every outcome reflects the needs, culture, and creativity of the people involved.
Not at all. Our outputs range from digital tools and data stories to physical installations, public campaigns, creative artwork and community frameworks.
We use AI to support pattern recognition, storytelling, and prototyping always as a collaborator, never as a replacement for people or care.
We design with multiple perspectives and user types in mind, using co-creation, testing, and feedback to guide decisions.
